Our History
Our firm traces its Winnipeg roots through Campbell & Company to a firm originally established just after 1900. In 1990, David I. Marr, a senior Winnipeg litigator, joined the firm of Campbell & Company, and we changed our name to Campbell, Marr. On October 1, 2004 we became a limited liability partnership and changed our name to Campbell, Marr LLP. We practice law in a modern, professional building conveniently located in downtown Winnipeg.
Our Firm
Campbell, Marr LLP offers litigation, corporate/commercial and other legal services. Our firm is involved in a wide array of legal matters on behalf of our clients, who range from major local, regional, national and international institutions to individuals. Our clients include insurance companies, financial institutions, federal and provincial corporations in the service, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, construction, real estate, communications and other sectors, as well as individuals. Over the years we have evolved into a firm that now practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation and corporate/commercial law, while still handling our individual clients’ personal needs in real estate, wills and estates and other areas of the law.
