Professional Governance We act on behalf of the regulators of a number of self-governing professions. Our duties have included providing advice to regulators in regard to issues of policy, licensure and during professional disciplinary process. We have also acted to assist in the prosecution of regulatory and professional offences. In addition, we have participated in the drafting of governing legislation, standards of practice, and ethical guidelines.
