Profile
David has a broad practice encompassing most aspects of civil, administrative and commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on insurance, construction, professional negligence, property, casualty, product liability, professional discipline, class action defence, and employment matters. He has appeared at all levels of court in Manitoba, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has served as an arbitrator in commercial, construction, insurance and labour disputes, as well as counsel in both arbitrations and mediations, and acts as Chief Agent in Manitoba for several insurance companies. David also served as a Judge of the Provincial Court of Manitoba (part-time) between 1977 and 1998.
