Orlando received his Juris Doctor from the Ateneo De Manila University School of Law in the Philippines in 1999, and was admitted to the practice of law in the Philippines in 2000. After practicing law in the Philippines for a year, he moved to Canada in 2001. Upon his arrival in Canada, Orlando successfully completed the Canadian prerequisites for articling in Manitoba, and enrolled in the Bar Admissions Course in November 2003. Orlando is fluent in Filipino, and welcomes the opportunity to serve the local Filipino community. Orlando has a general practice primarily focused on real estate, wills and estates, immigration law, business law and civil litigation matters.
