Garth joined the firm at his Call to the Bar. His professional focus is on Business, Corporate and Commercial law with significant involvement in acquisitions and divestitures of businesses, purchase and sale of commercial real estate and secured financial transactions. He has been involved in many transactions involving the sale, purchase or financing of automobile dealerships and other matters related to such businesses. In addition, Garth acts as counsel to numerous small and medium sized corporations engaged in a variety of business activities. With this exposure, he has accumulated significant experience in assisting businesses with respect to the various legal and business challenges they face.

Garth also represents a number of not for profit organizations carrying out charitable activities in the Province of Manitoba.

Garth’s practice has also expanded into the area of estate planning, given the complexity of many of his clients’ business affairs.

Garth is a frequent member of the Management Committee at Campbell, Marr LLP.
